EveningAmish Country
It’s experience of a lifetime!  Meet the Yoder family, including grandma, dad and the kids, as they demonstrate Amish home cooking.  No more lumps in your homemade mashed potatoes after tonight!  Sit down to a traditional family-style Amish dinner including homemade apple pie, a seasonal favorite.  Then hop aboard the family buggy for a ride down country lanes. After dinner flex-time options include hands-on activities such as quilting and crafting or personal in-room massages.

MorningBonneyville Mill Park
It’s a crisp fall morning! Enjoy the beautiful foliage on the way to Bonneyville Mill Park, home to Indiana’s oldest operating grist mill. Watch as millers grind flour by stone and water, purchase some for home, and enjoy a scenic nature walk. A step-on guide then provides a unique look at some of the area’s oldest structures on the Barns and Centennial Farms tour.

Afternoon
At Nappanee’s Borkholder Dutch Village, enjoy a lunch of homemade soups and sandwiches then shopping.  Just down the road, Amish Acres Fall Harvest Days offers wagon rides, a pumpkin patch and fresh cider from the old-fashioned cider mill. Tour the only Amish farm listed on the National Register of Historic Places and learn about the heritage and history of the "Plain People".  Groups can try their hand in the kitchen for a make-bake-n-take shoo fly pie - an Amish Acres’ specialty.

Evening
Tonight, it’s dinner and theatre at Amish Acres. The hand-hewn Restaurant Barn provides the perfect setting for the award winning Threshers Dinner.  In the historic Round Barn Theatre, a professional cast performs Broadway musical classics including Plain and Fancy - a story about Amish life and love.

Morning
Time to check out Amish Country’s newest attraction - The American Countryside Farmers Market.  Participate in a cooking demonstration in one of the on-site Whirlpool test kitchens.  Choose from a variety of freshly made foods in the international food court at lunchtime.
