Hear what visitors and residents have to say about the Quilt Gardens Tour!

I am privileged to be a resident of northern Indiana and to live amongst the beauty of these Quilt Gardens. It is quite amazing to see the areas of land be plotted and take shape and colour! Quilts and gardening are a natural match for this area - proudly displaying our heritage. I hope many locals participate in the tour.

My husband and I are looking forward to the Quilt Gardens Tour this summer. A co-worker had a wonderful time taking the tour on Memorial weekend and commented that it is worth seeing more than once - in different stages of bloom during the summer.

I love to check out all of the quilt gardens that have been on the website. I particularly am interested in the quilt garden at The Farmstead Inn. I hope we can get to Shipshewana one more time this summer/fall so I can see it in person.

I am SO looking forward to the Quilt Gardens Tour this summer. I used to live in nothern IN and love the Amish community, but have since moved to Indianapolis. I am a Master Gardener and a quilter so this trip will be perfect for me! Can’t wait.

What a great way to combine a love of quilting with a love for God’s beautiful gift of flowers. Our guild is planning a trip to view the gardens and visit quilt shops in the area. Can’t wait!

All I can say is this is a must see event. This is such a wonderful display of God’s gifts. Seeing beautiful quilt designs in the way of flower beds. What an awesome way of bringing two arts/gifts together. This is a wonderful way to spend a day or weekend with girlfriends or families. It is breathtaking and a most relaxful way to spend time. thank you.
