 What's This?

At Culinary Treasures in downtown Middlebury, Chef Tami Osborn is preparing the day’s meals.  The smell of scones, baked oatmeal, French omelets, muffins, and freshly roasted coffees and lattes fill the air.  Midday, she serves up homemade soups, salads, wraps, and signature sandwiches. When the weekend approaches, her guests can dine by candlelight or by a warm fire while enjoying a tender New York Strip with au jus, pecan encrusted tilapia with a lemon wine butter sauce, or a large bread bowl of soup. Crème brulee bars or one of many other fabulous desserts provide a delicious finish.  Tami welcomes you to dine in her elegantly designed Victorian home and enjoy the atmosphere in one of four themed rooms or on the picturesque front porch.  On-site bakery. Special orders welcome. Treasured memories guaranteed.

What a wonderful discovery; Tami's special friendliness, our server Casey's attention, and fantastic meals combined to make a wonderful dining experience. I hope we get a chance to visit again. "
