Better Sleep Workshop at Spacious Heart Yoga

Having trouble falling asleep? Falling back to sleep? Getting quality sleep?

This workshop will feature meditations and other practical techniques to help improve your rest. You’ll also get tips on how to prepare yourself and your bedroom for better sleep.
The workshop will be both informative and relaxing and supplemental materials will be sent bye-mail as a follow-up.

You need no meditation experience for this workshop. Spacious Heart Yoga has lots of props to make you comfortable during this workshop, but feel free to bring your own pillow.

Kate Wolford is a certified teacher in the Science of Mindful Awareness (SOMA) method, which focuses on the therapeutic application of mind-body practices through meditation. She is also a certified Yoga Nidra teacher. Her areas of expertise are sleep and anxiety.
