Mindful Movement and Contemplative Prayer at Spacious Heart Yoga

This class, hosted at Pathways Retreat and taught by Sara Ruth Klassen, pairs simple yoga sequences with different forms of contemplative prayer and Gestalt awareness experiments. It invites students to explore their relationship with their inner world and with the Divine, to find healing and wholeness, growth and transformation by trusting the guidance that comes from within.

No previous yoga experience is needed, and people of all faith or belief systems are welcome.

Current Spacious Heart Yoga students can take this class with their regular membership.
