Rye Flour Bake Day at Bonneyville Mill

Bonneyville Mill produces fresh stoneground flour the same way it has for over 180 years. This summer, we are highlighting some of the unique products the mill makes. In July, the focus is on rye flour. Come see the entire progress from unprocessed rye seed to finished baked goods, and sample several dishes. The Bake Day will end when all samples are gone.
