Surviving the Angel of Death: Eva Kor’s Story at the Lerner

Eva and her twin were identified by Nazi soldiers as children to be used for medical experimentation by Dr. Josef Mengele at Auschwitz. Approximately 1,500 pairs of twins were used for medical experimentation – only an estimated 180 children survived, including Eva and her sister. Eva’s powerful story of peace and forgiveness will be told through discussion with Elkhart Community Schools superintendent Dr. Robert Haworth. This event is open to the public and there is no charge to attend. Advanced tickets will be available through The Lerner Theatre beginning February 1.
