New to yoga?
In this four week series you will learn:

• Foundations of basic yoga poses
• Key muscle actions of poses
• Health benefits of these poses and movements
• An introduction to breath practices
• How to adapt a practice to your body

$60 for full four-week series
$18 for drop-ins

Class Supplies + Recommendations
Please bring a water bottle, notebook, and a pen or pencil. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Bare feet during practice is recommended, but socks are optional. Yoga mats and props are provided by the studio. However, if you have your own yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it.
