Meditation Yoga at the EEC

Do you enjoy yoga or have you been interested in yoga and not had the opportunity to try it? The Elkhart Environmental Center and Ray of Light Holistic Health, Inc. are teaming up to bring you free Meditation Yoga Classes. The 2nd Monday of every month at 5:30 Mary from Ray of Light will lead a free one hour yoga and meditation session at the Elkhart Environmental Center. Participants will learn basic relaxation techniques to help stretch the body and clear the mind. All levels are welcome. Space is very limited and registration is required. Those who are attending should be sure to not eat several hours before the class, dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat or towel. The first class is February 8th.
