Elkhart’s RiverWalk Culture Trail. . .
It’s easy to find and fun to follow - a set-your-own pace walking tour lined with inviting sites & stops, all just steps from Main Street’s restaurants, shops and pubs. Along the way, discover outdoor art in urban settings, indoor places with storied pasts and eclectic events and activities that spark your creative side. It’s all connected via three distinctly different neighborhoods:
Garden District
Stately homes, shaded sidewalks and gorgeous grounds dot this historic neighborhood just north of Elkhart’s RiverWalk.
RiverWalk District
A winding waterside path connects the Garden and Arts & Entertainment Districts with a leisurely stroll lined with off-beat sculpture and welcoming green spaces.
A&E District
Arts and entertainment have a lighter side, from jazz at the Lerner Theatre to trivia for train buffs; and it’s staged along Main Street’s southern corridor.
