Only the freshest beef, pork, lamb, poultry and buffalo find their way to Yoder’s. Their top quality grain-fed beef is raised naturally on local farms without growth hormones, steroids or by-products and is dry-aged for maximum tenderness and full-bodied flavor.
The shop is also stocked with hickory wood-smoked meats, 19 varieties of jerky and the “best bacon in the world.” You can also select from over 100 varieties of cheeses, plus jams & jellies, fruit butters and salsas and marinades, rubs & seasonings.
