Amish Country Northern Indiana
Sep 2

Fall is my favorite time of the year, and not just because frost comes and relieves my allergies.  I love our area in the fall.  Amish Country roads are filled with color.  Farmers’ markets are loaded with fall fruits and vegetables. Apples and pumpkins are ready for picking.  And our fall festivals are fun happenings.

Nappanee Apple Festival - This 4 day event has a 7 foot apple pie!  Need I say more?

Bonneyville Mill Celebration –  This weekend festival is like an old country fair with  old-fashioned games, bake- off, plenty of healthy foods, and crafters demonstrating and selling their wares.

Kercher’s Orchard Harvest Festival -  A family favorite.  We get our pumpkins for Halloween and apples for crumbles and dumplings.  If it’s raining be sure to wear boots, the pumpkin patch can get muddy.  It’s great family fun in any type of weather. And don’t forget the apple cider!

So come on and enjoy the best of fall in Amish Country!
