The Elkhart Jazz Festival
Join the fun when downtown Elkhart sways to the rhythms of red-hot and cool jazz. Nearly 100 world-class jazz artists bring crowds to their feet at the 27th Elkhart Jazz Festival, June 20-22. Headliners include Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Aaron Neville and Fourplay along with a host of other jazz greats like the Dave Bennett Quartet, Alfonso Ponticelli & Swing Gitan, and jazz legend Bucky Pizzarelli. Sunday get the added bonus of viewing classic cars on display.

Wakarusa Bluegrass Festival
Head to the Wakarusa Bluegrass Festival, June 13-15, for toe-tapping fun. Talented musicians strum folksy favorites, and Larry Sparks wows the audience with his soulful singing and innovative guitar style.

Admission for the 6/14/14 stage show is $15. Veterans with military ID and children 12 and under are admitted free.
Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Folk and Soul come together in one funky venue at Ignition Music in Goshen. Once a garage, now it’s the go-to place to hear talented regional artists and up-and-coming Indy bands. Rekindle memories browsing through its huge selection of records too.

AA Round Barn Theatre- Footloose – June 10 – July 20
Based on the 1984 film starring Kevin Bacon, Footloose the Musical tells the story of Ren McCormack, an upbeat Chicago teen who moves to a small town in which, as a result of a local minister’s efforts have banned rock music and dancing. Footloose originally opened on Broadway in 1998 and ran for 709 performances and was nominated for four Tony Awards. A remake of the film opened in movie theaters in 2011. Originally produced on the Joseph Stein Stage in 2004, Footloose remains one of our most popular summer shows. Call for times
Defries Gardens Art Show – June 14
River Preserve County Park, New Paris, IN
Wander through the Calendar Garden of full moons and a year of blooms. Enjoy lovely tunes and palettes of color as artists exhibit exquisite works and musicians play throughout the day. A garden style lunch is on the menu too.
